if you can, include the support details from settings › support. they tell us which account is yours without showing us a single thing you wrote.

i lost my phone. can i get my history back?

yes. install recommit on the new phone and sign in with the same email and password — your history comes back on its own. there is no recovery code to find, because the key that unlocks your ledger is attached to your account rather than to something you had to keep safe.

i forgot my password.

use forgot password on the sign-in screen and reset it by email. as long as you can still open that inbox, your history is reachable.

my entries are not backing up.

once it says saved, it is safe on your phone — backing up is just the spare copy catching up, and it can never lose something already saved. check settings › sync to see what is happening. if it says needs attention, send us the support details from that screen; they contain none of your words.

i paid for pro but it is not switched on.

tap settings › restore purchases first — the store can be slow. if it still is not there, check you are signed in with the same google account you paid with, then email us.

how do i get my stuff out?

settings › export data gives you one file with everything in it. free or paid, always.

how do i delete everything?

settings › delete account wipes your account and the backup for good — straight away, no waiting period. the copy on your phone is a separate button, so you can delete the backup and still keep your own history if you want.

will you add reminders?

no. the app never messages you first, on purpose. it is not a missing feature — the whole thing only works because your quiet time stays your business.

still stuck?

email support@recommit.app. if it is a question about how the app works rather than something broken, how it works is probably quicker.
